yeah. handbrake was a wrong choice of words. thats my impatience coming through. actually reading back to this(How Nevada is about to become a leading boron producer - The Nevada Independent ) the project is probably closer to the nod than i thought but as you can see the locals are saying the proofs in the pudding. when its built they will believe it, the tide will turn for most of these companies, its only the ones without backup from major investors or have no cash to fall back on that will perish. cxo has a lot of big gun investors.
