The point to remember is there are very few with the size of resource with all iron ore types being high grade. All 63%Fe and above up to 68%Fe. Apart from the three largest suppliers, who have that type of high grade? The 63%Fe is higher than BHP and RIO with only the Brazilian Vale with over 63%Fe. High grade is running out in The Pilbara.
Funding is the big problem, mainly because the Chinese would like as much of it as possible for themselves. Not only funding holding it back, but also the Chinese sorting out the Chinese Government owned Hanlong share holding. Suppose to be very close to finalising the Hanlong holding back into the Chinese Government control. The Chinese Government have to pick a company to take over the Hanlong holding so as to not be directly held by the Government.
