When will directors and/or management learn re placing market...

When will directors and/or management learn re placing market sensitive announcements on the close or more precisely at 15.39? Share price is unchanged but I strongly suspect it will go for a run tomorrow! (Yeah I know - no sh*t Sherlock!)
Got some on the close but will be in there boots and all on tomorrows open. I mean how could the market ignore 10,000,000 barrels of oil????
