My reading of the Henty situation is that they're not expecting miracles, at least in the short term.
They're going to do some incremental improvements, and if Henty pulls 30koz at ~2800 AISC consistently and has >10 years of life yet then that's already a win.
If they discover an ore body in the Darwin zone that's ~9g/t then that would be peachy, but to start with Henty's just a way to guarantee a certain base level of income for the forseeable future.
To me it looks like they're looking for A1 to be exciting in the short term, and then Maldon to be exciting in the medium term. If Henty ends up being exciting in the long term, that's just a bonus.
