My read on it is that TNG want more cash to concentrate on their own drill programs. So, I'd be guessing that TNG shareholders would get an opportunity to purchase the TMR shares, at a small market discount maybe.
(Surely the distribution of shares to shareholders won't be free? no free lunches in this world)
TNG might end up placing them via an institution book build or broker?
