Guys this is what I thought may be the case for a while, someone else takes over EXT at a completely different price to what Kah is negotiated at.
However if EXT have an agreement with the Namibian Gov re 10%, then any purchase of EXT by an outside bid would have to include the agreements that EXT had already made.
Not many days to go, something must happen soon.
