Food for thought. None of the many other possible suitors are restricted by such an agreement, and now the ML is in place there is no reason why someone else can't step into the ring. They'd be under no obligation to Epangelo what so ever not withstanding any agreement EXT might have made, nor do the Nab gov have any say over who owns Extract.
