    An RCF spokesman said yesterday that “a private structure is now more appropriate for Ausenco,’’ which floated 10 years ago. Shareholders are set to get an undisclosed offer at “an attractive premium to recent prices’’.

    Any ideas what 'an attractive premium' might be?
