    Hard to see how it could be 10c -unrisked-. After risking that would be a value of maybe 4-5c, which is a value to JKA of about $10M, or 60c a barrel at 17 MMbbls (exluding PSC as previously discussed).

    That seems a bit low to me, for a proven play where reservoir is the only critical risk?
