    Extract Resources Ltd., the explorer seeking to turn a project in Namibia into the world?s second- biggest uranium mine, said it moved its head office to London from Perth.

    Extract, which is in discussions with potential partners to develop the Rossing South uranium venture, is not bringing more companies into the talks, Managing Director Jonathan Leslie said in an interview in Sydney today.
