Agreed Mozart. The p levels in the Brockman ore are less than half that of the fmg ore at ngibinghu.
I'm no geologist but from my take it would be a useful blend partner A jv across these sites cannot be ruled out IMO but it would be nice to have a rail deal and be in control of our own destiny.
There must be some capex synergies to be had too but these would be offset by the time to rail unbeneficiated ore between the sites as I would imagine that marillana will get to production first.
Maybe the rail will be from marillana to cloud break and then later extended to ngibinghu?
Then rail fmg ore to brm Bene plant then on to port hedland via cloud break.
Obviously the discussions between the companies would of contemplated this new development but it sure has added some new scenarios for the hc faithful to think about.
