    You wonder why a beneficiary of a placement would want to sell stock for an 7.5% profit in a company that offers so much upside in the next 6-12 mths. He must be under a bit of pressure to perform and deliver a s/t profit....poor so and so!!!
    Sometimes, I guess, it's hard to see the wood for the trees.
