Yep it's an own account and the directors and compliance have approved release. If there was any doubt if insider trading then Cne would have instructed reversal of transaction. Pretty simple.
So the 19th. I reckon it's all about quelling negative sentiment.
Wonder whether Cne may announce JV for the latest block that FAR bought or perhaps they've secured the remaining blocks.
