"The issuing of the Environmental Clearance Certificate on the EIA paves the way for the next step, namely the issuing of a mining licence by the Ministry of Mines and Energy and the completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study. The application for the mining licence was lodged to the Ministry of Mines and Energy in December 2010."
