Tibbs, while I am TOTALLY against what KAH/Polo are trying to do and think it stinks, surely it is not "bye bye" for ext holders completely, the resource is still there and will still command top dollar, insn't the issue just that KAH/Polo can/will issue heaps of cheap shares to themselves and their cronnies at the expense of existing holders so we get some negative dilutionary effect - but surely we are still looking at considerable upside come August? Am I missing some extreme downside from KAH/Polo getting complete control?
