I think if Dattels wants to join the Extract-Board he will.
He can count on 9% from Polo,1 % from himself and most likely he will get the 37,5-40 % from Kalahari. (Emerging Metals= DattelsCompany,and Niger Uranium with 14,06% in KAH will vote against Rio-remember NWT-Niger Uraniums largest shareholder ( 33%) released a note about stopping talks with Rio,because of unfair actions from Rio )
That gives him already 50 % of the outstanding shares. A vote which is won before conducted.
And since the Extract-Managment seems RIO-friendly,Dattels probably wants to remove them and sell to someone to his liking/or get RIO to pay a fair price and especially to pay fast (and not in 2-3 years time) but now in the neartime future. Thats the way he is.Did the same with Uramin: Decided for a quick buck instead of waiting and reaching a higher price. The timing with Uramin was excellent though,because it was at the peak-time of the Uranium spot price.
