Its not only existing you could buy today and still get in. Look at the people buying small parcels.

Does not easily make sense other than that they may be looking to increase shareholder base to get shares more easily trade yet they as a group (in the announcement) really have 70% locked up amongst themselves and Insto's so that's not going to change.

Maybe like BKW they are looking to fund themselves before this window closes.

Interesting notion and prefer the way they are doing it but these guys (all my investments ) really have sucked me dry in the past 3 months.
