I think I'm voting 'no' to the 2nd cap raising that's not to kieran. I think a debt facility is more appropriate. I may vote yes if I understand who the 'small number of investors' actually are, their relationship to kieran and whether their intention is o hold the shares long term. Until then it all smells a bit mates rates...
