Questions I have regarding the need for the extra share in the placement.

Was Mr Wood's payout not covered by the $487,092.00?
Thanks to the very generous employment contact offered by Mr Jones and Bell.

Is the GBG deal going ahead?
Mr Rodgers knows if they had ticked all the boxes including the ROI at the time of the placement. The 2mill in revenue would be cash flow positive.

I’ve taken Tweaty advice from some time ago and will have a meeting with Mr Rodgers next week, all going well.

I had not thought about the small number of investors. Might also call in and see the new names on the registry. Although I feel bad that they need to kill 3 tress to print out the entire list.
