I am absolutely appalled by this grab for huge pay increases for the above. At the end of this day FMS is still a small cap explorer with potential, (I have been in thro' thick and thin, buying on float as a diamond explorer then as a re-invented iron ore explorer).

I would have no objection if we had started mining with a forward earning and profit capacity but we are miles away from that and to have these guys looking to a $300000 salary to a $ 750000 total fee- being a 250% increase at a time that the profitability still depends on getting up and running is an absolute rort.

Can you remember the last time getting a 250% salary increase for just doing your job to make your investment more profitable?????

This dough comes directly out of shareholders pockets.
