If you neighbor sold his house for $800,000 and somebody knocked on your door and offered $200,000 for your property - How would you feel ? What is the difference here ?
Brady Bunch types think it's all good, regardless of the SP - well I don't.
What about the link with Merch buying that pathway Phase 1 cancer drug for for 4 billion - on no, KZA just doing fine at $150m

We already have had fantastic data on their GBM Trial......(so good its now in a Phase 3 trial) - and now we (including myself) are hoping for more data. For what - the SP to move up to $2.50.
Wow more positive data - which very likely means Paxalisib will be approved as a new cancer drug, for a whole range of cancers. No something is wrong here and its the way they disclose.
Their presentations are the same, week after week. For more than a year, we have heard about the "blue sky" What is this blue sky- please explain. Why are we still waiting to hear about this.
Four weeks before the Paxalisib in GBM data - they again raised at 80 cents. This is the only company in normal trading times, whereby they raise prior to release of news. No wonder the SP has doubled......despite the raising - this company and drug is massive, massive, massive. But it has an anchor around its neck. The company has had an additional 63% or say 2/3 additional shares issued this year at an average of 60 cents.
They don't understand to get the SP up and then raise - it means the same amount of money is raised for less shares.
I suspect their are operational oversights which, are not as well exposed, as say the way they raise.
MEO Pharma did a deal with Japan pharma to avoid the issue of new shares. Oncoceutics (you know - the other drug company in our combo DIPG trial) has just done a deal with a Chinese company for cash. (dilution averted). Why have we not made a similar deal ?

Anyway just quickly to the future - some look back and learn, I have my doubts here. This is the way to do things in future however, in my view:-
Remember that Dana Farber PCNSL/ Kazia trial . The SP on the day of the announcement actually finished flat or down, on light volume. Check it for yourself.
In my view, this was the best announcement of the whole year, from the company. (even though only 1500 people suffer from this cancer)
Better than GBM data... which the company had already flagged as being positive.
Instead this announcement in September meant for the first time, Paxalasib was chosen to trial in blood cancer. It is /was ultra important that Dana Farber (arguable the best cancer research hospital in the world) choose Paxalasib ahead of some of the biggest drugs in the world which ALREADY were in PCNSL trials at none other than DF. (I posted on this last week or so back). AND almost 2 years after other KZA in Pxalisib had started at Dana Farber.
Highly significant news, but the announcement was bland and nothing special - and to this day, few existing shareholders overall, probably even recall the news. I have been dong this for 20 years and used to trade full time off announcements - you know how well I research and understand this stock. What about the other people - many who read announcements looking for some enthusiasm in announcements.
That wonderful news on that Sept day - gave potential new investors nothing - nothing as evidenced by how often PCNSL gets a mention here.
So you want to know what they can do better in future - how about a trading halt o spice up the news. Not ideal, I know and it should not be necessary, but nearly every other company does just that. TALK IT UP, tell us what very trueful, correct information, hotcopper people are subsequently told on the chatline. Room for a lot of improvement, that is for sure.
That is what they have to do, next announcement........ I do not get paid $600,000 for this role within the company - its up to management to get the SP closer to fair market value.
Having said all this - there is no stock like this. I write this, not only out of frustration........, but a real concern of other matters, - such as a poor bigPharma deal being executed.
