Despite the miserable history of the share price and pitiful trading volumes,  for this company - underlying this company and its drug, is something almost beyond imagination, in terms of SP potential increases.

Here again, is something that very specifically supports these words.

As mentioned.... at this meeting on the 22 March 2019 with the FDA - re Imaging for Brain Metastases, was among others Ben Ellingson and Patrick Wen. Some several months,  later Dr Ellingson won an award for his work on GDC 0084 in GBM...presented at the Nov 2020 Annual Meeting Society for Neuro Oncology.

As it happens...Dr Wen is President of this Society.

These people, meeting with the FDA are the beat in the world and are apparently now using GDC 0084 studies to define how new imaging techniques are to work in Brain metastases........this is the first time we see any association of the work of Dr Ellingson in Brain metastases.

Just taking it a bit further - over at Harvard and Dana Farber ......Dr Wen's colleagues  Priscilla Brastianos Nancy Lin are primarily working on Brain metastases. ie Dana Farber Breast Brain Cancer and ALLIANCE Metastases Clinical Trials.....

....and seemingly they are using the brilliant work of Ben Ellingston, (endorsed by Dr Wen) and refined with his GDC 0084 studies.  (now an FDA standard). Yet we still find Priscilla Brastianos... still keen as ever, on PI3k inhibitors for Brain metastases.

Some might say - why bother reading all this stuff, that I have posted.

But this is real...in fact its more than real. I think there is a very, very good chance GDC 0084 will be approved for use in GBM and PI3k mutated  Brain Metastases.  A combined market of probably US$4 b. I know for sure to work on gross bigPharma margins of 50 % and then do your PE ratio calculations.


Good researchers on this board for KZA (of which there are few)....maybe now to look at progress on GDC 0084 in Brain metastases. Nothing specific yet on actual studies, but that is close.
