look the only good thing from this cyclone, is it will deliver much needed water to some drought affected areas, and it will delay the severe fire season for some parts
I live down here near the mighty Murray River...there are many areas where the banks are metres higher than the river levels,,,,even though we have the Hume Dam providing water on a regular basis for irrigation needs... the high banks indicate water levels of the past 200 odd years
I provided a copy of one of my old paintings, over on the general forum, about artists...the particular painting is named Leneva Vic....I did that painting about 20 years ago, it quite clearly shows the huge difference between the creek level and the very high river bank.
and by the way, since when were people ever capable of controlling mother nature ?
