The market cap was so small when some sold out at $0.30 that it wouldnt matter to much to their overall portrfolio, I guess.

By the way it is trading, it certainly looks as if there is a large buyer chasing it.

The two crucial macro factors are still holding up- ie the aussie dollar & retail environment. Consumer sentiment is at an 8 month high due to Government stimulus of all different kinds.
Until one of these factors change, I would expect the stock price to head north. Its is still very cheap.
A capital raising is always a risk, however if they conduct when the company is in reasonable shape(ie can confirm guidance etc)it should get away ok and you would want to still own the stock.
