Whomever the wise ones was/were in the MCP managament group that approved the idea and structure of the capital raising last November bear the full responsibility for the depressed s.p. at the moment.
I have no doubt the confusion caused by the issue was the main factor that insto's sold out. In turn pushing the sp from a pre announcement level of around $2.20 to barely 28c less than 3 months later.
MCP's diversified consumer product base are pretty well bullet proof and they will pull through this current turmoil OK. BUT, it will take quite a while for the MCP Board and Management to regain investor confidence.
