If QAN can make a record profit at current oil prices, VBA can too soon with new planes, new fleet.
Airlines are cyclic in terms of plane purchases, QAN makes lots of money since it's used its old planes to the max and not bought new ones, VBA has done all the start up costs and suffered a bit, so it should enter the profit cycle while QAN will enter the loss cycle in the medium term as it starts to replace its massive fleet.
VBA has the best growth propects, and remember the only reason its 50c is because its been pushed down there with illiquid shortings, its not a true valuation of the company.
