Extremely important need to vote

Golden Cross Resources ( GCR ) holders seem few and far between on this board. Probably because holders are sick and tired of this company with no positive direction in the past and with a board that seems to be blatantly obstructing any near term progress.
In my opinion it is of great importance that GCR shareholders vote YES for the Appointment of 3 additional Independent Directors as it appears nothing will get done unless the YES vote prevails.
In these difficult times shareholders have been made aware that $0.5 million has been spent by GCR since 30th April without a single drill hole or assay being completed at Copper Hill.

GCR urgently requires an independent Board with the commercial and technical skills to advance Copper Hill and to act in the best interest of all Shareholders.

It is important that the current board receives a strong message from all shareholders and if you want an independent Board with the skills to progress Copper Hill and who will act in the best interests of ALL shareholders, then vote YES at the forthcoming Shareholder meeting on 22nd October.
Proxies must be in by 20th October.

The lack of any positive exploration in recent months is a disgrace by some members of the current board.
Australian shareholders need to speak up.......enough is enough!!!!
