Hello Sally - I recognise you from the cheer squad of another very poorly performing company that has had some recent issues with shareholders and directors. Why don't you have a read of the Chairman's and major shareholders letter about the governance issues at GCR and provide a more balanced opinion. Is a dysfunctional board of 7 directors in the best interest of the shareholders? Sounds to me like the start of another battle for control.

I say good on the Chairman and major shareholder for coming forward and explaining their version of the circumstances behind this dispute.

When will directors ever understand that their role is to act in the best interest of all shareholders, not just a minority of shareholders. Shareholders should be voting on which financing proposal is best for the company and not on who will be controlling the decision making process.
