Extremely important need to vote, page-5

Its difficult to see what benefit the director who has convened the shareholder meeting has created for GCR shareholders since his appointment in March 14 and how a 7 person board will improve this dysfunctional situation (and your expenditure issues).

My interest is from being a shareholder in HRR (one of GCR's largest shareholders) and how it will direct its votes in this meeting. I believe I am entitled to air my opinions.
