JP, i thought that Ivanhoe were at 19.9% when they exercised their options which leads me to 2 questions that either you or Noellyn may be able to answer

1 If it was Ivanhoe, then are they not oblighed to notify the market of their intentions once they exceed 19.9%?

2 Who are the possibilities that provided the 3mn shares for whoever the purchaser was?
