if AA doesn't have other assets, it is easy for everyone. AwC holders will have 40 pct of combined company. before 2021, alumina can make more profit while AA lost profit due to low price of aluminium. if we combined at that time, AWC holders can get more.
in the near future, awc can compete with other competitors for alumina producers. for aluminium, more uncertainties
