    No chance I am voting yes. Offer is too low and I have no interest in owning Alcoa. If I wanted to sell for $1.14 I would have done it two weeks ago when it was trading at that. Reckon the offer will have to be increased and if they don't offer a cash alternative, then I don't think it will get up.
