FAR is in default now. They can not vote in JV while in default. In 6 months if they dont remedy the default then they are losing some share. This will not help them to borrow funds, if this was financial advice from banks I would be a little surprised unless losing share is the best financial outcome possible according to the learned dream killers (accountants)
