I have been told that CNE want to farm down to 20%, i.e., 20% is for sale.
This may work in FARs favour.
If someone wants more than 20%, say 30% or 35%, then FAR may have a better chance of sealing a deal.
Still a lot of risk.
Of course the flip side is that there is another seller
