It would be in both FAR and CNE's interest to lump their WI sale together.
Its the best way to get a decent price IMO.
FAR can sell its share no problem without PE rights via a share sale.
I believe CNE can transfer their sale WI in to another holding company and then sell the shares in that company avoiding PE rights.
The biggest problem is the massive upfront cost which has the break even for phase 1 at $41 pbo according to CNE.
