CNE Predicting to clear $200m USD this year from sales with oil price avg $40, leaves another $200M remaining this year.
They can do that with existing RBL.
I think CNE intend to make a decision on sell down before they conclude RBL extension arrangements in August/September
FAR sell down may be linked to this decision by CNE - I expect we may hear news by the end of August.
This is also in turn probably linked to the timing of the India arbitration. If CNE win vs India they may not sell down.
