I do think FAR is slightly undervalued if the clowns in charge can get a sale over the line.
I want to exit but I reckon we need $60 oil for us to see 4.9c and allow me to exit in profit - unlikely in next 6 months IMO
So how bad will the damage be?
Very rough as guts
I reckon we will get 1.5c per share in short term - if we just lose the asset through the default process without a sale this is a $20M company
If oil can rally with confidence it helps in the deal IMO, if oil could sustain say $50 for a few months we may see 3c - I would be happy with 40% loss on my investment at this stage. I reckon FAR are desperate for operator to lower official Dev cost / Boe so that the equation improves.
