    in fact I'd suggest any decision the Judge makes one way or another is very likely to end up under appeal. It is also very likely any appeal would be successful. Unfortunately in this case the Judge is trying to make a character assessment on the 2 main protagonist, and we all know Judges are doing just that on a daily basis when they allow bail, only for those on bail to commit more heinous crimes. We witness it every week on the nightly news. My inference is Judges mostly get it wrong when they are to make a character assessment on someone. Jet
