she made her own choice. I think it's fair for limits to be placed if a pollie wants funding for legal costs. such litigation costs can be blown out of proportion by incautious or disrespectful conduct.
this is a civil action. if a green wanted to push for such an action would you be happy for them to receive taxpayer funding?
