Hi everyone follow CSR
Based on current share price, CSR is valued at $2.65 billion ($1.75*1,515 million shares on issue)
Now someone is offering $1.75 billion for the sugar business. Take off $0.1 billion allowing for other expenses, this transaction will give CSR around $1.65 billion.
In the other ward, the other two remaining businesses (building material & aluminium) are only valued at $1.0 billion by the market ($2.65billon - $1.65 billion i.e., current market cap less expected sales proceeds from sugar business)
In my opinion this is very funny. Historically, CSRs sugar business is only valued no more than 1/3 of its total business. What a Crazy market, this is only commended that I wish to make.
CSR is a straw-hat in winter, as valuation of reaming two businesses is unbelievably low.
When next building boom coming up, we will see what price of CSR will be, may be around todays price, but excluding sugar busines of courses!
