I linked their detailed report not for you to "listen" to them, but to garner more understanding of LRV's project. They've done site visits, they outline the history of Hillgrove, geological and operational background of the project, along with their own modeling - something of which you should probably pay attention to, as you're off to a bad start.
Read, learn and get a better understanding, instead of making up phantasy scenarios in your mind and feeding the echo chamber.
