EXU - Is Tampia: (i) better as a (later) stand-alone development; or (ii) folded into an improved RMS bid?

The Mace data is expected to be released sometime in the next several weeks. Is the impact of this expected to trigger an improved RMS bid for EXU? or will RMS take their chances, hoping for: (i) an appreciation of the RMS share price (SP) via an valuation of the RMS/EXU synergies (which certainly exist) and/or (ii) any SP appreciation via an appreciation of the A$ gold price (should this occur in early 4Q2018) ....and thereby wait for those EXU shareholders waiting to sell as the resulting EXU SP reaches a 52 week high at 14.5cps?. Let's endeavour to keep the tread as objective and even-keeled as possible as both RMS and EXU shareholders are just looking for the right balance for a successful bid (4:1 is probably not going to cut-it, in my view).
