Shoot Chubbito, it's just one possible theory for future IO prices that Vale believes. Always happy to hear alternate opinions. I don't think it can be argued though that as the IO price falls, high cost producers start getting squeezed to the point of being unprofitable, and reduce or stop their output completely.
