I am all for RFE laying out infrastructure and tieing in wells before the price moves forward to be ready to take advantage of higher prices when/if they come. What I am however aiming for is a takeover at some stage which could be a player wanting acreage and producing wells online so maybe not this year though having been a holder for over 3 years I am patient. Maybe 2011 though for many HC that seems too long.
I also feel the takeover is the obvious exit for many of the top 20 with their large holdings. Healy and the Fund has so many he would be hard pressed to sell them on market.
Time will tell.
