This deal is done based on a longer term Nat Gas price of $7.00/MMbtu to $7.50/MMbtu. I think this is a realistic view given the worlds desperate search for lower carbon emmissions, increased load on the worlds energy reserves etc, etc (But that's another story).

I have done some previous modelling on RFE and if I insert $7.00/MMBtu into my model I get a DCF10 NPV of A$6.10. Pretty exciting story!! I wonder if my boss will give me an advance on my 2010 wages so I can load up at these levels :) lol
