On the CR speculation - PCL will now be able to raise at around .0075 cents
Probably Hartleys / Sophs - quick raise - I'm guessing within the next 2 weeks?
600 million at .0075 to raise $4.5 million would be a smart move.
If Cormorant comes in, we all win & a little dilution won't matter.
If it doesn't, then a cashed-up PCL can still trade at .002 - .003 & progress the southern block.
PCL's a survivor - plan for the worst, hope for the best!
I could be wrong though - just my 0.9 cents worth!
