    The more I look at Neon the more I like it. If they can get a result out of Vietnam this gets hugely re rated. It could go all the way up to the analysts $4.95 risked valuation. Everything in the last few weeks including the USA reserves upgrade and Exxon's Vietnam announcements point to Neon becoming a star performer.

    Was a speculative buy. Looking more like an outstanding one.
