I disagree with persuing the company who pulled out (then again what do I know), I would question the system which administers the licences, but in saying that, this may well upset those people. Which may be unsettling, but ultimately wouldn't it be a persual of truth and justice, in addition to make sure no unclear decision happen in the future for all involved and thus creating a better society.
