There are issues relating back to the LEAD trial for 2RT. it was a failure overall despite a positive sub analysis. I'm honestly not sure why it fails to sustain an upward movement, but it'd be the reason behind that anomaly on 5/3/21. There seems to be several large holders (perhaps those who bought prior to the sale of Ellex when this was a larger more heavily traded company) who like to use increased liquidity as an opportunity to sell. Until they're fully flushed out I don't think we can expect a change in the general trend. Fundamentally this stock is excellent with no debt, lots of cash and positive EBITDA. But there's massive uncertainty which combined with the lack of liquidity necessitates a big discount I guess

My answer put simply - I have no idea why this doesn't sustain rallies, but it's not a concern for me as I'm willing to hold till these nasty sellers disappear for good. that may take some time though
