Nice find H,
The AAV2 reporter expression looked v good.
And they went with a mixed serotype AAV2/8 for the KO.
This might be the only aspect of the HCV trial i'm nervous about is whether the AAV8 is an effective coat for human liver transfection. We'll find out soon enough.
